Bringing good food to southeast Louisiana and southwest Mississippi for over 20 years, the Bantaa family began catering as a fundraiser for Maurepas High School in Maurepas, Louisiana.  Upon Gerald Bantaa's retirement as high school principal, the family began operating under Maurepas Catering, Inc.  Although the catering services have been re-branded as Bantaa's Catering, the food and chefs remain unchanged.

The Bantaa family continues to support the school systems by cooking for fundraisers, banquets, and more.

While the majority of events catered are wedding receptions and parties, they have been blessed to have catered many events at LSU, Southeastern and other prestigious locations.
