FOOD: Classic German and American dishes will be available. As always, Bantaa's Catering will provide a flavorful version of these classics at reasonable prices.

FOOTBALL GAME WATCHING: 25-foot HD Projector TV will feature the LSU and Saints games.

MUSICAL ENTERTAINMENT: There will be two stages featuring a variety of musical entertainment.

German Bands will be featured on the Pavilion Stage. These bands have played many Oktoberfests and will bring great music and festive atmosphere to the Ponchatoula Oktoberfest.

The Main Hall Stage will feature local bands, karaoke, and televised LSU and Saints football games. A children's singing contest will be held on the Main Hall Stage.

HOST:  Local celebrity, Cowboy Mike, will be hosting the festival.
